Char Koay Kak


Char Koay Kak

A cousin to the famous Penang Char Koay Teow, this has the noodles fried in chunks with seafood. Very nice.

There are many variations to this simple dish...the one i like best is the sea food koay kak, sold at the hawker complex next to the batu lanchang market.....great stuff...definitely very bad for your health...haha...

I went to Penang and I ate Char Koay Kak !!!

It was very delicious!

Try Char Kway Teow at Lorong Selamat. Expensive but it is the best so far. In Penang mainland, visit a Char kway Teow stall at Bukit Mertajam in front of bus station. They use duck eggs on their dish and it taste greeeeeat
