Teh Tarik Besar!

Now there's nothing much better than a big glass of frothy Teh Tarik (Tossed/Pulled Tea) to complete your meal in Penang. It's strong aroma and surprisingly robust taste makes you want another one. If you are adventurous (and have a strong stomach..) order a Teh Tarik with Susu Lembu (Milk fresh from the Cow...literally unpasteurised milk straight from the udder!). It adds a strong flavour to your brew.
